space Dr. Hendrik Brandis
Hendrik Brandis is a co-founder of Earlybird, focusing on companies from high-tech industries such as semiconductors, telecommunication and medical equipment. Prior to joining Earlybird, he was a Partner with McKinsey & Co., in their Munich and Madrid offices. There, he led McKinsey's small and midsize company initiative and participated in creating McKinsey New Venture. Hendrik gained his entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of GMM, a group of private investors focusing on buy-outs of midsize companies. He has also worked as a Project Manager in the Technology Department of Messerschmitt-Boelkow-Blohm (now Daimler-Chrysler Aerospace) focusing on the design and innovative manufacturing processes of composite aircraft structures. He attended the Technical University of Munich and holds a Dipl.-Ing. (MSc equivalent) and PhD degrees in Aerospace Engineering.

Hendrik serves on the following boards: conject AG, dooyoo AG, GMD, Wearix.

space Felix Frohn-Bernau
Felix Frohn-Bernau is currently Managing Director of one company of the Arques Group, which has numerous investments in different industrial sectors. Apposite of his managing position he is responsible for the media field in the whole group, as well as for communications. Before that Felix worked as a consultat for a german bank concerning its investment into a worldwide operating sports and media business in London. Beforehand he founded dooyoo in 1999 with five partners and was CEO until april 2002.
Felix studied law in Cologne, Munich and Madrid. He worked as a lawyer in one of the big german law firms and in Madrid in Spains' second largest spanish law firm, in the sectors M&A, and media.
He has got the permission to work as a lawyer in Germany and Spain.

space Georg Reisch
Georg Reisch is Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Syntek Capital AG. Prior to joining Syntek, Mr Reisch was Chief Financial Officier of Novartis, as well as Head of Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Technology, worldwide Manufacturing and Supply Chain of the Animal Health Sector. While at Novartis, Mr Reisch was also Member of the Sector Executive Committee and Chairman of the board or board member of several Novartis affiliate companies. Before Novartis, Mr Reisch spent 4 years in Ciba Geigy Limited, Basel as Controller of the Animal Health Division. Mr Reisch has also spent a few years in Geneva, Switzerland, working as a consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers, with expertise in the banking and chemical sector and prior to that in various companies involved in Finance, Banking or Venture Capital in such companies as Abbeyside and Prudential Bache Securities.

Mr Georg Reisch holds a BA degree in Business from the Hochschule St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MBA from the Webster University of St Louis in Geneva, Switzerland

space Alexander Wit
space
Alexander Wit (29) is currently CEO of Spanish online travel agency Viajarbajoprecio SA, based in Madrid. He is one of the founders of dooyoo AG and during November 1999-February 2002 was responsible for the international operations of the company. Before founding dooyoo, he worked as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and International Venture Consultants (IVC) throughout Europe. Alex has a business degree from Boston College, Boston, MA (USA).
